Client Data: Used strictly for project communication and billing.
System Logs: Used for security monitoring and threat detection (WAF logs).
AI Training: We DO NOT use client proprietary data to train public AI models. Your data remains siloed.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell data. We share necessary data only with our infrastructure partners (AWS, Cloudflare, Google Cloud) to facilitate hosting services.
4. Security Practices
We implement enterprise-grade security including end-to-end encryption, Zero Trust architecture, multi-factor authentication, and automated threat detection. All infrastructure partners are SOC 2 Type II compliant.
5. Your Rights

6. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Client project data is retained for 7 years. System logs are retained for 90 days unless required for security investigations.
